We’re so confident that you’ll adore our makeup, cosmetics and skin care products that we offer every day complementary standard shipping in the United States with no minimum orders. While we hope you’ll buy more than one product, we also don’t want shipping to ever discourage you from experiencing our trend-setting cosmetics, makeup and skin products. For international orders, we offer standard flat shipping that will never exceed $10 to Europe, Asia and South America.

Offers and Promotion Codes
To take advantage of a special promotion, you’ll need to enter a promo code in your Shopping Bag or during Checkout. The offer will be automatically applied when you hit the appropriate order threshold. Offer codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. Only one offer code may be used per online order.

U.S. Sales Tax
We collect state sales tax on orders shipped to the following states: Michigan.
Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation email and packing slip.
International Orders
At Whip Hand Cosmetics we want women to look beautiful, regardless of where they live. We ship to most countries – simply choose your country at checkout. We have chosen not to sell our products in China or other countries that require mandatory animal testing on cosmetic products. If you are in one of these countries, please do not take this personally: We would love to sell our products to you, but until the governments of these countries change their policies and stance on cosmetic animal testing, we have elected not to sell our products there. Certain products may be restricted for shipment internationally. We do our best to identify those products up front for you, but if there are any international shipping prohibitions, we will let you know upon placing your order and credit you for any payments made.
Please understand that International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. When ordering from WhipHandCosmetics.com, the recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for any of these import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Whip Hand Cosmetics does not collect duties and taxes and we cannot estimate what duties and taxes may be for you. Your credit card information is secured during transmission using 128/256 Bit SSL encryption. For your security and safety, we do not store your credit card information on our servers.
