We’re sure you’ll adore your Whip Hand Cosmetics. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know. Whip Hand Cosmetics will be happy to accept your return and issue an exchange or full refund.
If you’d like to return a product, please do so within 30 days from the ship date for a refund on the purchase price, minus shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other charges. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment. Purchases of gift certificates and sale items cannot be returned for a refund.
We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for overly used products or products not bought online at WhipHandCosmetics.com. To return items to Whip Hand Cosmetics, please follow these simple steps:
1. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original package if possible). Any FREE product or FREE gift must accompany the return to receive a refund to the payment method used on WhipHandCosmetics.com
3. Return the product to the address below. We recommend shipping your return with a service that provides tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. All returns should be mailed to:

4. Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival, and we will send you a confirmation by email. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
DAMAGED ITEMS
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately by email at: [email protected]. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
